As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading marketing efforts to drive student enrollment for Constructor Academy’s technology programs. You will also manage a team of marketing professionals and work closely with our student success team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage our desired audience.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive student enrolment and increase brand awareness
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to team members
• Analyse and report on marketing performance, using data to guide decision-making
• Coordinate with the shared service marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and oversee all ongoing marketing activities
• Collaborate with the student success team to develop and implement lead-generation campaigns and increase the conversion rate
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
• Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing (ideally in the education or technology industry), leading and managing a marketing team, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for technology and education
