Constructor Learning is a part of Constructor group: a global science, education, and technology organization that aims to provide the critical knowledge, solutions, and services to help solve the most pressing problems of the world.

Founder & Chairman of the Board of Directors

Bio
Dr. Serg Bell, a long-time tech entrepreneur, investor and executive, founded the Constructor group, formerly known as the Schaffhausen Institute of Technology (SIT) in 2019. A leader in virtualization, cloud automation and cyber protection, he founded over 20 global IT companies, venture capital funds and science and education centers, including Acronis, Parallels, Virtuozzo, Acumatica, Runa Capital, Phystech Ventures and Qwave Capital. He continues to maintain ties with these companies and to provide leadership. Serg Bell holds a B.S. in Physics, M.S. (Hons) in Physics and Electrical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from MIPT. He has filed over 200 patents (USPTO) and has an H-index of 37.

Laurent Meyer, MBA

Bio
Ever since his childhood, Laurent has lived and breathed IT, entrepreneurship, and education. His passion is to educate the world in the most advanced IT technologies, filling the gap between the enormous demands for experts in the coming decades. He is adamant that many talented, dedicated people coming out of other disciplines can become successful IT professionals, and will fill that gap. As a realization of that vision, he created Propulsion Academy in 2017 as Switzerland’s first coding and data science academy. With an alumni base of 750+ students, now working for companies such as Google, Roche, Ebay, Adobe, Swiss International, as well as many well-known startups, Propulsion was acquired by Constructor Group in 2021 and is now the Technology education division of Constructor.

Stanislav has more than 20 years of experience in global software development: from developing and designing system and application software to creating and developing globally remote engineering teams that effectively take part in the general software development process. Stanislav is known for his innovation activities in the fields of virtualization and cloud computing. According to USPTO he is the co-author of 183 issued patent applications in software development, distribution systems, virtualization technologies and algorithms, and other IT systems.

Bio
In addition to her MBA at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), Daniela has extensive marketing experience in a variety of industries. Her enthusiasm for mathematics, her favorite subject in school, has translated into a growing interest in the field of technology and its growing importance in the industry. At Constructor Learning, she found the opportunity to combine her interest in analytical and creative work with helping a start-up create more awareness and to grow.

Daniele Roncaglioni

Bio
Ever since Daniele coded his first game while in high school, the passion for programming has never let go of him. After his MSc in Physics at ETH, during which he completed various Data Science projects, he has continued to follow his passion for coding, first working for an IT consulting company and then joining Constructor Learning.
Daniele also makes music. Under the alias SignalFlux he writes, produces and sometimes sings on his own tracks.

Coskun is a highly accomplished executive, with more than 21+ years of progressive domestic and international experience. He has successfully built, led, and advised higher education corporations through complex restructurings, international expansion, and capital market transactions. Currently, he serves as COO at Constructor Learning. With a results-oriented and decisive leadership style, he excels in strategic positioning for multimillion-dollar organizations. He thrives in dynamic and demanding environments, remaining pragmatic and focused while streamlining, reorganizing, and leading large global staff for optimal productivity.

From Germany to China and back, Marc's educational journey has been diverse. But when the pandemic hit, he pivoted towards a new passion - IT. After completing a full-stack boot camp, he found the perfect way to merge his expertise in student admissions with his tech skills. At Constructor Learning, Katharina is able to incorporate her passion for the education sector and help people achieve their individual professional dream. Katharina is a true all-rounder in terms of her field and industry - but all her jobs had one thing in common: each organization was in the start-up or development phase. Bio
Ekaterina studied mathematics at university and worked as Junior Researcher in Russia where she did her PhD in Continuum Mechanics. Looking for the opportunity to find something close to science but more dynamic and applicable to real life, she joined the Data Science program, then stayed on as a TA and later joined the team as a Data Science Consultant. She likes to work with data and apply both analytical and creative approaches, trying new techniques and sharing them with other people.

With an extensive background and experience in Banking and Finance, Ruben needed a change and decided to learn to code. He now says: "the only thing I regret is why I didn't do it before." After finishing the Full-Stack Development program, he became a Teaching Assistant and is now the Program Manager. Soon after graduating with a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Albin found his interest in working with large amounts of data. His passion for coding and curiosity to keep learning brought him to Data Science Program at Constructor Learning. His willingness to help others made him an instant class favourite and for this reason, he joined the team as Teaching Assistant mentoring the next students, and later on as a Data Science Consultant.

Evgeny Terukov

In February 2017 Evgeny joined Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO as an academic director on ExEd programs and professor of business practice in change management and transformation. Prior to this, he had the privilege to design and deliver numerous corporate programs at Stockholm School of Economics. Prior to joining SSE Russia team in 2008 he held executive management positions (GM, sales, marketing) in both Russian and International companies. Studied and worked in Germany, USA, Italy, and Russia. He loves dealing with themes and subjects around change management, digital transformation, and innovation management. He teaches on programs and facilitates organizational development sessions at Skolkovo, Hanken SSE, and other institutions for large multinational corporate clients from FMCG, banking, telecom, IT, and pharma, as well as mining and other heavy industries. Some of his clients are Microsoft, BP, Lukoil, Novartis, Alfa Group, Bristol Meyers, Tele2, Tikkurila, and many others."

Cedric had previously worked as carpenter, clerk, travel agent and financial accountant. Each profession led him to spend more time behind a computer, his favorite working tool. Although happy as financial accountant, he was missing some excitement and creativity in his daily tasks. Bio
Dipanjan (DJ) is a Lead Data Science Consultant & Instructor, leading advanced analytics efforts around Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning. He is also a Google Developer Expert in Machine Learning. Dipanjan has advised and worked with several startups as well as Fortune 500 companies and is also a published author, having authored several books on R, Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning. He loves sharing his knowledge with the community to help them grow in their own journey in Data Science.

Ever since he was a kid, he loved nothing more than bringing old computers back to life. It was the start of a lifelong love for all things tech and solving computer problems. He started his career in the architecture industry, which gave him a great eye for design. But after 15 years, he realized that his true passion was in IT. Now, as a web developer, he gets to combine his technical skills with his love for design and aesthetics.

Ever since Hristo was a child, one of his favourite hobbies was gaming. This later sparked his fascination with tinkering and troubleshooting computers. As his passion grew for computers, it led him to study computer hardware in high school and afterwards, computer science at university. After graduating, he moved to Switzerland, where he worked for a family-owned business. However, he missed working with computers. So, he decided to upgrade his coding skills and joined the Full-Stack Bootcamp. Since then, he has been working as a Software Developer and absolutely loves it!

Bio
Starting his career in clinical immunotherapy research, Marcus was exposed to the pressing need for better ways to make sense of patient data. With a growing interest in personalized therapies, he pursued a MSc in Bioinformatics at the University of Edinburgh and joined ETH Zürich’s Clinical Bioinformatics Unit. Now at SIT Learning, he is able to keep refining his analytical toolbox while helping people reach their goals along the way.

After working for more than three years in IT support in France, Adrien made the decision to further his career in the field by learning to code. He moved to Switzerland to attend the Full-Stack Bootcamp and never looked back! Considering his experience dealing with all kinds of computer issues and willingness to help, becoming a Teaching Assistant after graduation was a natural fit for him. In his free time, he enjoys to watch sports and hike around the country, and has a passion for history, geography, and world cultures.

Max spent the first six years of his career in hospitality and customer service. During lockdown he took his first steps in coding out of curiosity and then, one year later, he decided to quit his job as a customer service consultant and joined the Full-Stack Bootcamp to improve what he knows and to change his career. During the course he quickly picked up the different topics and started helping other students where needed. Having experience explaining complex topics in an easy way and wanting others to succeed, being a teaching assistant fell right into what he enjoys to do. In his freetime he likes to cook as well as any kind of games, be it video-, board, or card-games.

Ansam graduated with a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and worked as a community and hospital pharmacist for 8 years. During the pandemic, she got intrigued by Data Science while participating in biotechnology courses, which led her to joining Constructor Learning's Data Science Bootcamp as a student. Throughout the course, she took an active part in discussions, was able to quickly master the complex concepts, and enthusiastically helped others, making her a natural fit for her new role as a Teaching Assistant in the Data Science Program. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and practicing archery.

Laurent Dedenis, CEO of Alemira by Constructor and co-founder of Chainstack, previously has founded several companies around the world. He has acquired more than 20 years of global experience managing teams and technology companies such as Microsoft Dynamics, Parallels, and Acumatica, both at start-up and growth stages in America, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Until 2019, Dedenis was the Chief Revenue Officer and was in charge of operations at Acronis. He gained an in-depth understanding of the technical and business challenges faced by mid-size and large businesses as well as practical knowledge of building and scaling sales, marketing and operations teams globally. Dedenis holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from the University of Paris XI, France and a Ph.D. in International Business Administration from the International University of America in San Francisco.

Katya Fisher

Member of the Board of Directors

Bio
Katya Fisher is the executive vice chairman of Constructor group, formerly known as the Schaffhausen Institute of Technology (SIT), where she serves as senior advisor and liaison to the executive team on strategic initiatives and the coordination and oversight of global matters for all commercial enterprises in the Constructor ecosystem. Fisher founded her own law practice with a focus on general corporate law and cross-border transactions, more specifically on new technologies such as blockchain, digital assets, and artificial intelligence. She later joined an AM200 law firm as a partner and practice group leader. She holds a B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was awarded the Howard M. Squadron Fellowship.
