Dr. Serg Bell, a long-time tech entrepreneur, investor and executive, founded the Constructor group, formerly known as the Schaffhausen Institute of Technology (SIT) in 2019. A leader in virtualization, cloud automation and cyber protection, he founded over 20 global IT companies, venture capital funds and science and education centers, including Acronis, Parallels, Virtuozzo, Acumatica, Runa Capital, Phystech Ventures and Qwave Capital. He continues to maintain ties with these companies and to provide leadership. Serg Bell holds a B.S. in Physics, M.S. (Hons) in Physics and Electrical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from MIPT. He has filed over 200 patents (USPTO) and has an H-index of 37.

Oznur Bell is an education professional, entrepreneur, and marketing executive. Born in Turkey, she holds a B.S. in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University and various certifications in Marketing Management. Oznur founded multiple K-12 schools, including Doğa Colleges, and has provided consultancy for other educational brands. She has held senior roles, managing education cycles from kindergarten to post-doctoral studies, and led marketing and business development for six international universities within the BAU Global Education Network. Passionate about education, Oznur is also involved in philanthropic efforts focused on children's and adult education, as well as crisis relief worldwide.

Stanislav has more than 20 years of experience in global software development: from developing and designing system and application software to creating and developing globally remote engineering teams that effectively take part in the general software development process. Stanislav is known for his innovation activities in the fields of virtualization and cloud computing. According to USPTO he is the co-author of 183 issued patent applications in software development, distribution systems, virtualization technologies and algorithms, and other IT systems.

At Constructor Academy, Katharina is able to incorporate her passion for the education sector and help people achieve their individual professional dream. Since graduating with a degree in business administration, Katharina has worked in marketing, human resources, sales and business development. Katharina is a true all-rounder in terms of her field and industry - but all her jobs had one thing in common: each organization was in the start-up or development phase. Full of humor, verve and enthusiasm, she organizes and manages the Munich office.

Ekaterina studied mathematics at university and worked as Junior Researcher in Russia where she did her PhD in Continuum Mechanics. Looking for the opportunity to find something close to science but more dynamic and applicable to real life, she joined the Data Science program, then stayed on as a TA and later joined the team as a Data Science Consultant. She likes to work with data and apply both analytical and creative approaches, trying new techniques and sharing them with other people.

With an extensive background and experience in Banking and Finance, Ruben needed a change and decided to learn to code. He now says: "the only thing I regret is why I didn't do it before." After finishing the Full-Stack Development program, he became a Teaching Assistant and is now the Program Manager. His passion for technology and helping people make him the go-to guy for the program!

Adriano Persegani, a data scientist with a computer science background, specializes in AI. He excels in applying AI tools and methods to projects, leveraging his expertise in data analysis, deep learning, and NLP. Adriano seamlessly connects technical and non-technical realms to ensure project success and is eager to contribute his AI knowledge to innovative teams driving business development.

From a young age, Aviran was drawn to the world of technology, fueled by a deep curiosity for building, fixing, and understanding computers. This early passion laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to technological innovation. After a successful career as a chef, Aviran decided to channel his problem-solving skills and creativity into a new challenge - software development. After graduating from Constructor Academy's Full Stack Development Bootcamp, Aviran is now a Full-Stack Developer who blends technical expertise with a unique perspective. His background in the culinary arts taught him the importance of precision, creativity, and resilience —qualities he now applies to his work in technology

Soon after graduating with a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Albin found his interest in working with large amounts of data. His passion for coding and curiosity to keep learning brought him to Data Science Program at Constructor Academy. His willingness to help others made him an instant class favourite and for this reason, he joined the team as Teaching Assistant mentoring the next students, and later on as a Data Science Consultant.

After working for more than three years in IT support in France, Adrien made the decision to further his career in the field by learning to code. He moved to Switzerland to attend the Full-Stack Bootcamp and never looked back! Considering his experience dealing with all kinds of computer issues and willingness to help, becoming a Teaching Assistant after graduation was a natural fit for him. In his free time, he enjoys to watch sports and hike around the country, and has a passion for history, geography, and world cultures.

Starting his career in clinical immunotherapy research, Marcus was exposed to the pressing need for better ways to make sense of patient data. With a growing interest in personalized therapies, he pursued a MSc in Bioinformatics at the University of Edinburgh and joined ETH Zürich’s Clinical Bioinformatics Unit. Now at SIT Learning, he is able to keep refining his analytical toolbox while helping people reach their goals along the way.

Zahoor is a seasoned Software Developer with 6+ years of experience in Software Testing. Currently, working as a professional mentor at Constructor Academy Zurich, Zahoor guides and supports students in their Full-Stack Development journey. With a vibrant personality and a knack for making complex concepts engaging, Zahoor infuses a lively atmosphere into every interaction. Her enthusiasm and humor create a delightful learning experience, fostering curiosity and shaping the next generation of tech-savvy individuals.

With an extensive background in the hospitality industry, Claudia embarked on a distinct and innovative journey by venturing into the realm of marketing. Her career flourished through consulting engagements and honing her expertise in content marketing. However, her insatiable fascination with technology and unwavering belief in its potential as the future led her to embark on a new adventure in the tech world. Recognizing her profound affinity for technology, Claudia enthusiastically joined Constructor Academy to contribute her wealth of knowledge in content creation and provide invaluable support to the marketing team.

Mai knows people! After several years in the hospitality industry, she kept hearing all this stuff about “tech this, tech that” and thought maybe it was time for a change. As an organizer and a learner, her Constructor Academy role combines her past with the future.

Milos has more than 10 years of experience in various commercial and marketing roles backed up by an Executive MBA in Marketing from the University of Sheffield. Throughout his career, he was able to gain evidence of the growing importance of data for decision-making and success in all business areas, especially with the rapid development of information technologies. With Constructor Academy, he aims to apply his experience to help raise awareness and spread knowledge on the important technological topics that will soon become an inevitable part of the skillset for the future workforce and its leadership.

Ilya Kompasov is an expert in alumni, career, and community management in higher education, with extensive experience in community building, communication, and knowledge transfer. After working at Zeppelin University, he now leads the Alumni Office at Constructor University in Bremen and oversees alumni, career, and community management across the Constructor Ecosystem, including the Constructor Academy and the Constructor Institute of Technology.

In 2018, Christina Sieber completed her training at the Employment Agency, where she worked with diverse individuals daily. Her responsibilities included providing guidance and assistance related to employment, unemployment benefits, and other work-related queries. Christina decided to change her job to explore new avenues and enhance her skills, and she found the perfect opportunity to do so at Constructor Academy. Christina enjoys socializing with friends, cooking, and relaxing during her leisure time.

Kamini Patel brings 25 years of international experience in Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Relations across industries like energy, healthcare, finance, non-profit, and education. She has worked with global companies such as Cummins Inc., UNICEF PFP, and Product Management Festival, as well as startups like SCANTEX AG and PaymentVibes. At the INSEAD Product Management Executive Programme, she helped triple the growth of the Programme. Passionate about mentorship, she supports initiatives like the Ukrainian Power Hub and guides professionals in career transitions.
